Here is a samle of the Arizona Seller Property Disclosure  form required for all Arizona Real Estate transactions.

When you fill out your “Sellers Property Disclosure Form” be sure to list anything that you as a Buyer would want to know about. Sellers are obligated by law to disclose all known material (important) facts about the property to the Buyer.

This full disclosure helps protect you from future claims by the Buyer about any problems that may arise with the home.
