The monthly Home Sales Reports from the Scottsdale Association of Realtors

Beginning with the April 2005 reports we have changed the way  ACTIVE LISTINGS are reported.  The Listing amounts reported reflect the total number of Active listings in the database on the day the report was generated (previously it reflected the total listings that were still active on the date the report was generated, but were added in the month being reported).  Therefore, SOLD information reports listings that closed in the month stated, however the Active Listings are what are currently active on the date generated (usually the 15th of the following month).
